This document regulates the relationship between Oohlala Hosiery (referred to as the "Provider") and the users of the website www.oohlalaahosiery.com (referred to as "Users").

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the User must contact the support team at info@oohlalaahosiery.com and follow the instructions received.

• Return costs are borne by the User, except in cases of error on the part of the Provider.
• Refunds are made within a maximum of 10 working days from receipt of the returned package.

The Provider may modify the terms and conditions with 30 days' prior notice, published on the site.

The User may renounce the services at any time, provided that any outstanding obligations are paid.

Termination by the Provider

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access in the event of a serious breach of the terms, without prior notice.

• In the event of termination, the User will no longer have access to the site's content or services.
• The provisions regarding liability and confidentiality remain valid even after termination.

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, by the competent courts in Romania.
